Coping with Difficult Times at Christmas

Celebrating With Family / Monday, November 27th, 2017

When it comes to things like family hardship, death of a loved one, or taking a financial knock just before Christmas, it can be hard and confusing to survive the festive period. During this time, it’s important to turn around your mindset and allow Christmas to heal and remind you of what is still good in your life. This seems rather hard to do, especially when so much seems negative in life, but there are avenues to go down to give you the Christmas you and your family deserve.

The following organisations have been set up to help those in need.

Salvation Army
Supporting people in need, all over the World.

Toys for Tots (US Only)
Run by the US Marine Corps, giving disadvantaged children new toys for Christmas

Make-a-Wish
For families with children (ages 3-18) who’ve been affected by a medical condition.

Angel Tree Church (US Only)
For families with children suffering after one parent is sent to prison.

The Smith Family
Giving children a gift they truly need to kickstart their next year on a positive note.
